• How is the work of the County Council monitored and evaluated?

• What facilities does the County Council provide its customers and its staff to help them balance family and working life?

• What equal opportunity and diversity practices does the County Council have in place to ensure access for all?

• What image does the County Council want to portray to its customers and how is this image achieved?

• Investigate the importance the Council places on customer service and find out how customer service is delivered.

• Investigate how the Council communicates its vision to its different customers and how this vision is then delivered.

• Investigate the different ways the Council markets its services.

• What makes a good employer? – Produce a checklist of factors that illustrate requirements of a good employer and then assess the County Council against your checklist.
