Land Supply and Completion Information

Each year the County Council with colleagues from district councils and Portsmouth and Southampton City Councils undertake detailed surveys of the supply of land for housing, industrial, commercial and retail and leisure uses.

The surveys identify land with planning permission (granted by the local authority concerned or on appeal by the Secretary of State), sites permitted subject to legal agreements and commitments in local development documents or policy statements.
