Applications

Details of all applications decided since 1996 (and of some decided before that) by Hampshire County Council are available to view through this website (this represents around 55% of all the records). The information is updated daily and is taken directly from a planning applications database.

• Applications will be listed under All Applications on this website as soon as they are validated. All applications available on-line can be found there.

• Once online an application can be searched for by number, site code, location, proposal or by the district it is situated in.

• Applications will be open for consultation for at least 21 days after the start of the publicity period: during this period you may lodge formal comments about them online or in writing and they will be listed under Applications Open for Consultation.

• When the public consultation comes to an end the application will move to the Other Pending Applications section for as long as it remains undecided.

• Once determined it will be placed in the Recently Decided Applications list, and will remain there for three months after the decision date.

Many applications also have attachments for you to view and/or download. All files attached to applications are in Adobe PDF format (download Acrobat). Documents received with planning applications will be available within five working days of the validation date, Officers Reports, Decision Notices and Decision Notice Annexes (where applicable) will be available within five working days of the decision date. Currently all planning documents received or published since the 1st October 2005 are available to view online, as well as a considerable number from before that date.
