Development Control Charter
The Development Control Charter outlines how the type and standards of service the Hampshire County Council aims to provide. The policy is for the benefit of everybody involved in the planning process, including applicants, the public, District and Parish Councils, statutory consultees, non-governmental organisations and environmental interest groups, and County Councillors.
