Guidance Notes

For any submission to us as a planning authority we will require specific sets of information. If we are not provided with this we will not be able to respond to information quickly in the case of a complaint, or validate your comment or application. In order to help you complete these forms we have made a set of guidance notes available online. Please make sure to follow them closely, and feel free to contact us if you have any queries.

NB: Planning fees are set by the Government through Regulations, which were last revised in April 2005. A copy of the Fees Regulations is available to read online. If you are in any doubt about the correct fee for your application then please contact us.
