General Information
The planning application form is designed to gather information needed to determine your planning application at early stage. This will enable us to determine your application as quickly as possible.
It is therefore important that you submit accurate and detailed information with your application. To help you achieve this we recommend holding pre-application discussions with a planning officer here at the County Council. If you wish to speak to a planning officer please contact us and explain your query.
There are now three ways to complete the new Hampshire County Council planning application form:
Online – fill in and submit your application online. You can also attach plans and information in support of your application, and pay the fees electronically.
Complete electronically but submit by post – you can fill in the online form and then submit it with plans, supporting information and payment by post.
Print out the blank form and fill in by hand – if you prefer to complete the form by hand and submit it by post then you may choose this option.
Note: ten copies of all application documents must be supplied with postal applications.
You may submit application using a combination of the above methods. If you do not have access to the internet then you can obtain a copy of the relevant forms by contacting us.
