Application Certificates Guidance Notes

The certificates which are required to be submitted with a planning application can be downloaded from this website, both in PDF and MS Word formats. A planning application should be accompanied by both the Notice under Article 6 and the Certificate under Article 7. The Listed Building application certificates are only relevant to proposals for the County Council's own developments and should not be used by external applicants.

If you are in any doubt about how to complete the Certificates please contact us. An incorrectly completed Certificate may result in your application being deemed invalid.
