Comments Form Guidance Notes

If you wish to comment online about an application which is still within its public consultation period then please go to the Applications Open for Consultation section, select the application you wish to comment on and click the "Comment on this application" button. Please be aware that as part of the statutory process your name and address will be on deposit with other application documents and available for public inspection.

Please indicate if you are submitting a petition online, specifying the number of signatures, or if your comments are being made as an individual. Letters and photos (etc) may be attached, or you can simply fill in the "comments" box. If you are submitting a petition online please ensure that the petition is added as an attachment.
