Complaints Form Guidance Notes
If you consider that a breach of planning control is occurring at a minerals or a waste site, or a minerals or waste activity at an unauthorised site, you should contact a monitoring officer. You can do this in writing, by email, by telephone or using our online complaints form (if you use the online form you may add attachments, such as photographs and letters, and send them with the complaints form).
The online complaints form should be used for complaints about a site only and not where you have a complaint about a member of staff or the service you received from the County Council. More information on complaints about staff and services can be found here.
