Annual Monitoring Report
... includes updates on the progress in the preparation of planning documents and information on primary aggregate production, waste arisings, planning decisions and monitoring and enforcement at sites.
The Planning Authorities are obliged to submit an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) to Government each year. The AMR is produced by the four planning authorities (Hampshire Councty Council, Portsmouth City Council, Southampton City Council and the New Forest National Park Authority) and includes the following:
how the authorities are progressing the preparation of their Minerals and Waste Planning Documents
a report on key indicators such as primary aggregate production and municipal waste arisings
information on planning decisions and regular monitoring and enforcement at sites*
lists the activity and location of all permitted mineral and waste sites (Appendix 3)*
