The draft Plan
South East England Regional Assembly (SEERA) submitted the draft plan to the Government in March 2006. The draft plan and related documents are available to view.

The draft Plan was debated at a type of public inquiry called an Examination-in-Public (EiP) during November 2006 - March 2007. The EiP was conducted by an independent panel of three planning inspectors
