NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an appeal has been made to the Secretary of State in respect of the below site. The appeal follows the refusal of Planning Permission K.15568/1 by the Borough Council.

Plan No. K.15568/1 CHANGE OF USE OF LAND TO EXTEND GARDEN AND ERECTION OF 1.8 METRE HIGH WALL (as amplified by letter received 22.10.12)

Appeal Start Date: 18th March 2013

The appellant's grounds of appeal may be inspected during office hours at the Planning Office, Town Hall, High Street, Gosport. The appeal is to be determined on the basis of an exchange of written statements by the parties and a site visit by an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State. Important Notes

Please ensure that The Planning Inspectorate receives three copies of your comments within six weeks of the appeal starting date, i.e., before 29th April 2013, otherwise there is a risk that your representation will not be considered. The Planning Inspectorate will not acknowledge your letter unless you specifically ask them to do so. They will, however, ensure that your letter is passed on to the Inspector dealing with the appeal.
