NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an appeal has been made to the Secretary of State in respect of the below site. The appeal follows the refusal of Planning Permission K.15568/1 by the Borough Council.

The appellant's grounds of appeal may be inspected during office hours at the Planning Office, Town Hall, High Street, Gosport. The appeal is to be determined on the basis of an exchange of written statements by the parties and a site visit by an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State.
