Hampshire County Council has received an application for planning permission for:

Permanent secondary aggregate recycling facility with landscaping

The application is accompanied by an environmental statement.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

The proposed development affects public right of way

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and other documents submitted with the application at Hart District Council, Civic Offices, Harlington Way, Fleet, GU514AE during office hours until 7 June 2013, or on the County Planning website at

Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from SLR Consulting Ltd, Langford Lodge, 109 Pembroke Road, Clifton, Bristol BS83 3EU at a charge of £250 for a paper copy or £5 for a CD. The documents can also be downloaded from the County Planning website at the address given above.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should write to County Planning, Environment Department, Elizabeth II Court West, The Castle, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 8UD, or make their comments online at the County Planning website at the address given above, by 7 June 2013. Any name and address provided will only be held for the purposes of considering your representation. As part of the statutory process your name and address will be on deposit with other application documents, and will be available for public inspection.
