Hampshire County Council has received an application for planning permission for:

Construction of up to 1.2MWh Anerobic Digestion Plant for the treatment of food waste, agricultural waste and rotional crops, including construction of access road, associated buildings and plant, and landscaping

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and other documents submitted with the application at East Hampshire District Council, Penns Place, Durford Road, Petersfield, GU31 4EX during office hours until 26 July 2013, or on the County Planning website at
