COMMUNITY USE OPPORTUNITY AT HILL PARK CLINIC, FROSTHOLE CLOSE, FAREHAM
The Clinic is a stand- alone building; a layout plan is available on request. All uses will be subject to planning approval - the current consent is for a D1 use which covers uses such as clinics, health centres, crèches, daycentres, schools, art galleries, museums, libraries, halls, places of worship, law courts, non residential education and training centres. The EPC rating for the building is 'D', please see attachment below. It is anticipated that the successful group will take on a Fully Repairing and Insuring lease- terms to be confirmed in due course. Please note, that there is no parking available on site and this will be made a condition of any agreement. Interested parties should outline their proposals for the use of the building, including how the lack of parking will be dealt with.
