NOTICE UNDER SECTION 123(2A) OF THE INTENDED
DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123(2A) of the above mentioned Act that the Eastleigh Borough Council the owner of the parcel of land described below which is held and maintained as public open space intends to dispose of the said land to Fair Oak and Horton Heath Parish to the intent that the parcel of land shall be used as amenity and for open space.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PARCEL OF LAND
Land on the South Side of Fir Tree Lane, Horton Heath in Hampshire containing an area of approximately 4.00 acres (1.61 hectares)
A plan of the land may be inspected at Eastleigh Borough Council, Civic Offices, Leigh Road, Eastleigh, Hampshire on Monday to Thursday between the hours of 8.30 am and 5.00 pm and Friday between the hours of 8.30 am and 4.30 pm.
