PACK LANE, BASINGSTOKE - AMENDMENT TO TRAFFIC CALMING SCHEME

Highways – Traffic Calming Notices from Hampshire County Council in Basingstoke and Deane area.

EFFECT OF SCHEME : The replacement of two existing speed cushions in Pack Lane, Basingstoke with a speed table. The table will have a height of 100mm, a flat top length of 3.2 metres and slope lengths of 1.8 metres, extending the entire width of the carriageway and will be situated between a point 73.6 metres west of High Drive and a point 6.8 metres west of that point.

(i) South Ham Library, Paddock Road, Basingstoke (Opening hours : Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9.30 – 5; Saturdays 9.30 – 1)

(ii) Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke (Opening hours : Mondays to Thursdays 8.30 – 5; Fridays 8.30 – 4.30)

(iii) Hampshire County Council Headquarters, The Castle, Winchester, SO23 8UJ (Opening hours : Mondays to Thursdays 8.30 – 5.15; Fridays 8.30 – 4.45)

OBJECTIONS : All objections and other representations in respect of this proposal must be sent in writing to the undersigned, quoting reference: A900/MB by 9 August 2013. All objections must state the grounds on which they are made. Persons wishing to make objections or other representations are advised that in the traffic calming implementation process, objections or other representations may become publicly available and therefore the names and addresses of those persons making objections or other representations may also be made publicly available.
