The Hampshire (Stonechat Road, Horndean) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2013

Highways – Temporary Road Closure from Hampshire County Council in East Hampshire area.

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – STONECHAT ROAD, HORNDEAN

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order to allow traffic calming works to be carried out on the highway, as follows:

ROAD TO BE CLOSED: That part of Stonechat Road, Horndean between its junction with Falcon Road and its roundabout junction with Catherington Lane.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: from south-western point of closure via Stonechat Road, Frogmore Lane, Victory Avenue, Catherington Lane and vice-versa.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: From 14th October 2013 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding the above it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 25 days between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.)

Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
