Southern Construction Framework

Tender from Hampshire County Council in Basingstoke and Deane, East Hampshire, Eastleigh, Fareham, Gosport, Hart, Havant, Isle of Wight, New Forest, Outside of Hampshire, Portsmouth, Rushmoor, Southampton, Test Valley, Winchester areas.

The Framework Commissioning Authorities (Hampshire County Council, Devon County Council and Haringey Council) are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for inclusion on the Southern Construction Framework for public sector major construction projects and programmes of work.
This procurement process will establish a successor to the UK Southern Regional Framework Agreement and to those currently known as Construction Framework South West (CFSW) and iESE South East and London Construction Framework for Major Projects.
The framework will be divided into three lots respecting the above regions.
The value of projects will vary between the lots, but will be from £1m to £5m upwards. The framework will be open to be used by all public body organisations in the South West, South East and London, and will provide a structure through which building construction works may be procured by any participating organisation.

The Framework will commence on 22nd April 2015 and will be for a period of four years.

Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website ,

 and complete and submit the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire together with any supporting information requested by 14.00 hrs on Tuesday 1st July 2014.

How to obtain the PQQ
The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire can be accessed when logged into In-Tend by selecting 'View Details' on the relevant tender advert and clicking the 'Express Interest' tab. Once in the tender there are five tabs – 'Tender', 'PQQ', 'Correspondence', 'Clarifications' & 'History'. Select the 2nd tab (PQQ) where you will find useful information under 'Tender Details' continue to scroll down to the heading 'Tender Documents Received' where you will be able to view / download the documents.

Further Guidance
In addition, guidance on how to participate in a tender – download & upload documents / returns and if required, register your company (free of charge), can be found on the In-tend site under the 'Help' or 'Information for Suppliers' buttons.

It is intended to issue successful applicants with tender documents in mid September. The deadline for submission of tender responses will be late October 2014.
