Supply of Print and Ancillary Services

Tender from Hampshire County Council in Basingstoke and Deane, East Hampshire, Eastleigh, Fareham, Gosport, Hart, Havant, Isle of Wight, New Forest, Outside of Hampshire, Portsmouth, Rushmoor, Southampton, Test Valley, Winchester areas.

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experience firms/ organisations who wish to tender for the supply of Print and Ancillary services.

The County Council has a requirement for a range of printing and ancillary services. The lots for the products and services required are as follows:

Lot 1 - General Printing - leaflet and brochure printing
Lot 2 - Large Format Printing - large poster and banner printing
Lot 3 - Digital Printing - digital colour printing of certificates, statements and display panels.
Lot 4 - Security/Transactional Printing - printing of specialist forms and envelopes including payroll stationery
Lot 5 - Print Finishing - To include laminating, folding, stitching and packing ready for mailing
Lot 6 - Graphics and Typesetting - transferring word files and PDFs to CD and producing booklets.
Lot 7 - Ring Binders - various ring binders and presentation folders with printed covers.
Lot 8 - CD/DVD Specialist Services - CD/DVD duplication including inlay and packaging
Lot 9 - Specialist Services - to include labels, maps, plans, window stickers.
Lot 10 - Promotional Items - a selection of merchandise with printing for events/ conferences and use in schools.
Lot 11 - Web Offset Printing - to include high- volume publications such as magazines, catalogues and brochures.
Lot 12 - Bus and Rail Travel Guides - to include compilation, publication, printing and distribution of the bus and rail travel guides and maps.

The deadline for submission of tender responses is 2pm on Friday 25th May 2012.
