Highways – Temporary Road Closure from Hampshire County Council in Gosport area.

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – STATION ROAD, GOSPORT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that Hampshire County Council, owing to works in connection with emergency gas main repairs, considers that the closure to the road as specified below should come into force without delay:

ROAD TO BE CLOSED: Station Road, Gosport between its junction with Military Road and the northern property boundary of no.62 Station Road.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: Military Road, Cambridge Road, A32 Brockhurst Road and Station Road.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: From 21st May 2012 for a period of five days or until completion of the works whichever is sooner.

Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
