Statutory Public Notice (week ending 2nd November 2012)

Planning Applications from Test Valley Borough Council in Test Valley area.

The Council has received the applications listed below which require advertising under one of the above Acts:-

12/02362/FULLN - Cladding, alterations to existing fenestration, alteration of existing bay to form dormer/gablet, installation of 5 dormer windows, and window in front gable, to facilitate provision of first floor accommodation within the existing roof space, and erection of flue - Little Field Five Bells Lane Nether Wallop

12/02373/VARN - Vary condition 02 of planning approval 12/00733/RESN to allow for insertion of new drawing numbers reflecting amendments, including conservatories, to the approved property design for certain plots (Planning permission 12/00733/RESN - Erection of 271 homes (including 107 affordable dwellings) and associated infrastructure (Phase 2 of TVN.09275)) - Land At Picket Twenty Picket Twenty Andover

12/02374/FULLN - Infill of recess between kitchen and utility room used for oil tank, change of pitched roof to flat with lanterns over kitchen and utility areas, relocation of oil tank, re insertion of previously blocked-up window at first floor on southwest elevation. - The Croft Longparish Andover

12/01818/LBWS - Convert ground floor and attic store to living accommodation and insert conservation style roof lights - Village Farm Chalkpit Lane West Tytherley

12/02291/FULLS - Demolition of existing detached dwelling and erection of two detached dwellings and 2no. garages (amended scheme to Planning permission 10/00500/FULLS to include the garages) - Whitegates Romsey Road West Wellow

The applications are available for public inspection at Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, SP10 3AJ and on our website www.testvalley.gov.uk. Any comments about an application should be received by the Council by 30th November 2012 and will be available for both inspection and copying.

In the event of an appeal against the refusal of planning permission in relation to a householder application, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage
