The Council has received the applications listed below which require advertising under one of the above Acts:-
12/01798/FULLN - Change of use from Class A1 (carpet shop) to Class A5 (fish and chip shop) and erection of extract ducting - 10F Colenzo Drive, Andover
12/02377/FULLN and 12/02378/LBWN - The replacement of a single storey garage with a single storey timber framed extension, glazed link and general alterations to the main dwelling. - Highford House, Windmill Hill, Ibthorpe
12/02402/EXTN - Renewal of 09/02665/OUTN - Outline permission for the erection of two dwellings, car parking and new access - Land Adjacent 21 & 22 Valley Rise, Upper Clatford, Andover
12/02347/FULLS - Demolish existing dwelling, erection of replacement dwelling and installation of sewage treatment plant - The Drove, West Tytherley, Salisbury
12/02351/FULLS - Erection of dwelling and double garage (Plot 8) - Stanbridge Earls School, Stanbridge Lane, Awbridge
The applications are available for public inspection at Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, SP10 3AJ and on our website www.testvalley.gov.uk. Any comments about an application should be received by the Council by 7th December 2012 and will be available for both inspection and copying.
In the event of an appeal against the refusal of planning permission in relation to a householder application, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
