PROPOSED TRAFFIC CALMING SCHEME IN CROSSWAYS ROAD AT GRAYSHOTT
Hampshire County Council proposes introducing a traffic calming scheme as follows:
EFFECT OF SCHEME: The provision of five pairs of speed cushions in Crossways Road at Grayshott, each with a height of 75 millimetres, width of 1900 millimetres and overall length of 1900 millimetres at the following locations:
(i) 12 metres north of its junction with Oakhurst, adjacent to the property known as 'Moreda'.
(ii) 52 metres south of its junction with Oakhurst, adjacent to the property known as 'Camellia House'.
(iii) 7 metres north-west of its junction with The Avenue, adjacent to the property known as 'Tawny Orchard'.
(iv) 32 metres north-west of its junction with Boundary Lane, adjacent to the property known as 'Cotswold'.
(v) 14 metres north of its junction with Cypress Way, adjacent to the property known as 'Verwood'.

(i) Grayshott Library, Headley Road, Grayshott (Opening hours : Tuesdays and Thursdays 10 – 1 and 2 – 5; Fridays 2 – 5)
(ii) Council Offices, Penns Place, Petersfield (Opening hours : Mondays to Fridays 9 – 5)
(iii) County Council Headquarters, The Castle, Winchester (Opening hours : Mondays to Thursdays 8.30 – 5.15 and Fridays 8.30 – 4.45)
OBJECTIONS: All objections and other representations in respect of this proposal must be sent in writing to the undersigned, quoting reference A881/MB by 8 January 2013. All objections must state the grounds on which they are made. Persons wishing to make objections or other representations are advised that in the traffic calming implementation process, objections or other representations may become publicly available and therefore the names and addresses of those persons making objections or other representations may also be made publicly available.
