TRAFFIC ORDER PROPOSALS – AMENDMENT TO WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN LINKS LANE AT ROWLANDS CASTLE
Historically, vehicles have parked immediately in front of the Parish Hall in Links Lane, Rowlands Castle to attend events at this venue. More recently, it has emerged that the area immediately in front of the hall is public highway and is therefore controlled by the existing no waiting at any time (double yellow lining) on the south side of Links Lane in the vicinity of the hall. The proposed exemption to the existing no waiting would still prohibit vehicles from waiting on the road at the kerbside and on the footway, but would allow vehicles to continue to park within the existing marked bays immediately in front of the hall.

What are public notices?
