    Rights of Way – Legal Order from Hampshire County Council in East Hampshire area.

    The above named Order made on 16 June 2017, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding a public bridleway, commencing at a junction with Lone Barn Lane (U218) and proceeding in a generally south-westerly direction to a junction with Denmead Bridleway 502 at the parish boundary, as shown on the Order map..

    THE HAMPSHIRE (BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH NO. 4) (PARISH OF OVERTON – PART OF BRIDLEWAY NO. 26) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2017

    Rights of Way – Legal Order from Hampshire County Council in Basingstoke and Deane area.

    The above named Order, made on 13 June 2017 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public bridleway running from SU 5158 4729 to SU 5150 4743, to a line running from SU 5158 4729 to SU 5150 4743 via SU 5148 4742, as shown on the Order map. A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the offices of Hampshire County Council, The Castle, Winchester, SO23 8UJ and at the offices of Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AH; or online at http://www.hants.gov.uk/publicnotices. Copies of the Order and the map may be bought from me at a price of £4.40. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Head of Countryside Access, Hampshire County Council, Castle Avenue, Winchester, SO23 8UL, or via e-mail to row.notices@hants.gov.uk quoting reference:- PPO 5082 no later than 14 July 2017. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Hampshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. Persons wishing to make representations or objections are advised that in the Order making process, representations or objections may become publicly available and therefore the names and address of those persons making representations or objections would also be made publicly available.
