THE HAMPSHIRE (TEST VALLEY BOROUGH No. 58)(PARISH OF AWBRIDGE) DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2016
On the 29 June 2016 Hampshire County Council confirmed this Order. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to modify the definitive map and statement by adding a restricted byway, running between SU 3200 2427 on Saunders Lane (C17) and SU 3195 2423 on Lockerley Road (C25).
COMMONS ACT 2006 – SECTION 15(1) Notice of an application for the registration of land as a Town or Village Green (VG 234)
Application has been made to Hampshire County Council by Mrs. Janet Ticehurst of 1 Mardon Close, Swaythling, Southampton, Hampshire, SO18 2HP, under section 15(1) of the Commons Act 2006 and in accordance with the Commons (Registration of Town or Village Greens) (Interim Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2007. The application seeks the inclusion in the register of town and village greens of the land described in the Schedule below, which is claimed to have qualified for registration as a town or village green on 14 September 2007 by virtue of a significant number of the inhabitants of the locality having indulged as of right in lawful sports and pastimes on the parcel of land known as ‘Monks Brook’ for at least 20 years and continue to do so.
THE HAMPSHIRE (BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH No. 48)(PARISH OF ST MARY BOURNE) DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2016
The above named Order made on 29 June 2016, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding a new restricted byway varying between 4.5 and 9.5 metres in width, running from a junction with Doiley Bottom (U5) at Point A in a generally south-easterly direction for a distance of 415 metres to a junction with the other restricted byway to be recorded by this order (Point B), proceeding north-eastwards for a further 115 metres to a junction with Lye Farm Lane (U37) at Point C, as shown by green shading on the map accompanying the Order, and by adding a new restricted byway varying between 5.0 and 12.0 metres in width, commencing at a junction with the other restricted byway to be recorded by this order at Point B, then proceeding in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 583 metres to point D, then south-eastwards for a further 235 metres to a junction with Slade Bottom Road (U37) at point E, as shown by green shading on the map accompanying the Order.
