TRAFFIC ORDER PROPOSAL – 30 MPH SPEED LIMIT AT SOBERTON HEATH
EFFECT OF ORDER: to extend the existing 30 mph on Heath Road, Soberton Heath between a point 176 metres south-west of Liberty Road (i.e. the western point of termination) and a point 30 metres east of the eastern slip of Buddens Lane, an increase of approximately 185 metres.

1) Imposition of 50 MPH Speed Limit on A331 Blackwater Valley route (northern section) as per Schedule 1 below. 2) De-restriction of carriageways around Junction 4 of M3 area as per Schedule 2 below.
