THE HAMPSHIRE (TEST VALLEY BOROUGH NO. 62) (PARISH OF VERNHAMS DEAN) DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2016
On the 7th February 2017 Hampshire County Council confirmed this Order. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding a public footpath varying between 3.0 and 4.5 metres in width, commencing at a junction with Back Lane (U55), and proceeding in a generally south-westerly direction between buildings to meet High Street (C21), as shown by a broken black line and grey shading between Points A and B on the map accompanying the Order.

The effect of the Order will be to close French Street.
THE HAMPSHIRE (EASTLEIGH BOROUGH NO. 3) (PARISH OF CHANDLERS FORD – PART OF FOOTPATH 707B) RAIL CROSSING DIVERSION ORDER 2017
The above order was made on 7 February 2017, under Section 119A of the Highways Act 1980 (as amended by the Transport and Works Act 1992). The order will divert the public footpath at Sutherlands Way railway crossing. That part of Footpath 707b in the Parish of Chandlers Ford that commences at Point A on the Order map and proceeds in a generally south-westerly direction across the railway line to Point B, will be diverted to a new footpath, 2.1 metres wide, that commences at Point A on the Order map, and proceeds over a stepped footbridge, first in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 19 metres to Point C, then in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 13 metres to Point D, then in a north-westerly direction for a distance of 25 metres to Point B, as shown on the order map.
