Small Business Friendly Concordat

This is a voluntary non-statutory code of practice designed to make it easier for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) to do business with local authorities. By signing the Concordat Hampshire County Council pledges to make contracts accessible to SMEs and to encourage a mixed range of suppliers to stimulate a varied supply market.
