Our team of specialists can provide you with sound advice on space utilisation including audits, the entire re-design of buildings including flexible working solutions and on-going utilisation management. Our tried and tested workspace strategies support flexible working solutions that help you maximise your workspace. Further advice on furniture selection, procurement and installation can also be provided and we can arrange to liaise with suppliers and interior designers throughout the entire programme schedule on your behalf.
Our Facilities Management team delivers a wealth of events throughout the year. We cater for most event types whether they be charitable, social, private, or income generating – from small meetings to 200 delegate conferences; awards ceremonies to gala balls. The catering for such events is covered by our in-house catering team offering an outstanding service and delicious food from canapés to four course dinners.
Moves management and asset management
We can act as project managers for your moves and applying asset management principles to all items within the buildings.
Security and premises advice
Our staff have many years of experience in the management of all building related issues and can provide you with advice on security, deliveries and supplier relationships.
Our staff spend most of their day meeting and greeting visitors to the buildings we manage, we follow set protocols and provide general information to members of the public. Our customer service offering is outstanding and we offer a concierge service within our main reception areas. Services covered by our highly trained reception staff are:
- meeting rooms – bookings, AV kit, room set-ups.
- security – issuing single day access cards and visitor badges, holding master keys for building lockers, rest rooms etc where applicable.
- acceptance of tenders, deliveries and payments.
Post room rationalising
Using a sophisticated centralised post room service enables us to provide advice on volume deliveries, streamlining services and securing discounts. This also includes fulfilment – the centralisation of publication dispatch.
Liaising with printing services
We are able to offer off-site collation and dispatch of regular publications in order to remove such activities from the workplace and to improve the general coordination of packing and dispatch activities. This opens the opportunity to provide better discounts for bulk mail by handling larger volumes of mail in one place.
Advice on document storage
Through our experience with the Records Management Offices, we are able to offer advice on retention scheduling, archiving and conditions for storage.
We aim for excellence in supporting ‘Intelligent Buildings’ and BREEAM principles. Recycling of waste materials is offered at key points in our offices.
Health and safety
