Cooking for Baby
A short course giving ideas, practical advice and support on weaning baby with homemade purees and follow on recipes, for babies aged 7 - 12 months. There will also be the opportunity to find out about your baby's changing needs and to make their own batch of baby food to be taken home and frozen for future use.
Incredible Years
Being a parent is the most important job in the world, but sometimes the most difficult. Come along to our series of sessions designed to strengthen parenting skills, preventing and managing difficult behaviour in young children. Sessions are fun and informative, giving you the chance to get involved in a practical way. Boogie Mites
A music and dance course for children who are mobile. Come and join this fun course for you and your child, using singing, music and rhyme to strengthen bonds and communication.
Well Parent
Feeling low?, feel you can't cope at times?, find it difficult to make decisions?, lack confidence?, need a fresh start? The Well Parent course can help with all of this and more. It can help to raise your self esteem, help you gain a self-belief which will empower you to make the positive changes you want. This course will help you move forward, increase your emotional robustness so that when life 'happens' with all it's ups and downs you will feel stronger and more able to cope.
Cookery Workshop for Family Men
A 2 hour workshop for family men and their children (aged 2 1/2 - 8 years). January's workshop is 'Breakfast Muffins'. Come along, make some delicious muffins and take them home to eat (or eat them here!!)

Families Exploring and Achieving Together (FEAT)
A five week course to build parents confidence in communication through sharing stories and rhymes with their children. The course will help adults to encourage their children to explore the wider world around them and will develop the parents skills as their children's first educator
Cookery Workshop for Family Men
A 2 hour workshop for family men and their children (aged 2 1/2 - 8 years). February's workshop is 'Pancakes'. Come along and have fun making pancakes with your child.
