Hampshire County Council, having made an Order under Section 14(1)a of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to allow for works in connection with Phase 2 Infrastructure work on the Berewood Development, has been directed by the Secretary of State for Transport that the order shall continue in force.

VARIOUS ROADS, TOWN CENTRE, ANDOVER It is proposed to make a Road Traffic Regulation Order to: 1. Introduce extensions to the one-way traffic system in Newbury Street/High Street and Chantry Street, Andover, with provision for a contraflow for cyclists along these streets; 2. Remove a disabled parking bay in High Street, Andover; 3. Provide new limited parking places in High Street and Chantry Street, Andover; 4. Revise the parking places in East Street and Eastfield Road, Andover.
