Hampshire County Council has received an Environmental Statement to accompany the application for planning permission for:

Variation of condition 1 of Planning Permission 09/94538 to extend the time period of completion until 31 December 2025 (Application No. 12/99110 submitted on 14 August 2012)

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and other documents submitted with the application at New Forest District Council, Appletree Court, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA during office hours until 22 February 2013, or on the County Planning website at http://www.hants.gov.uk/planning-development

Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from D K Symes Associates, Appletree Farmhouse, 39 Main Road, Middleton, Cheney, Banbury, Oxon OX17 2ND at a charge of £50. The documents can also be downloaded from the County Planning website at the address given above.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should write to County Planning, Environment Department, Elizabeth II Court West, The Castle, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 8UD, or make their comments online at the County Planning website at the address given above, by 22 February 2013. Any name and address provided will only be held for the purposes of considering your representation. As part of the statutory process your name and address will be on deposit with other application documents, and will be available for public inspection.

The County Council will allow members of the public to speak directly to the Regulatory Committee when they consider the application at a committee meeting, this is known as a deputation.
