Report a fault

Report a fault on the roads which is not an emergency e.g. potholes, highway flooding, blocked gullies, overhanging vegetation, street lighting, and traffic light faults.

Apply for a licence

If you wish to do something on the highway which requires a licence from HCC, e.g. Excavate the highway, plant bulbs on a verge, place building material on the highway, hang xmas lights etc.

Apply for a vehicle crossing

Applying for a dropped kerb (Vehicular Crossing) outside your property, to allow vehicle access to a driveway or garage.
