You can either report a fault using our online form or telephone our Freefone Fault Line and follow the steps below:

  1. Prior to phoning, check the defective street light number. (This is found on the street light column five to six feet off the ground facing the road) and the road name.

  2. Call 0800 50 60 60 and you will receive a prompt to leave a message stating the name of the town, road, street light number and the type of fault you are reporting.

  3. Please be patient and wait for about five working days for the light to be attended. Generally speaking faults will be repaired during this period of time (provided the column number is given).

  4. If you require someone to telephone you regarding the repair then please leave your telephone number. Please only use the freefone telephone number. Please do not telephone your local council to report routine faults.
