When you submit a form the information you supply will be logged within our computer system in the same way that we ourselves record information received by telephone, mail or visits in person. If you can provide us with the necessary details using this web page then your enquiry, report or application will be processed quicker by our staff.
The Enquiry, Defect or Licence Application
Please tell us the nature of the enquiry / defect.
To report potholes, highway flooding, blocked gullies, overhanging trees and shrubs please use Highway Defects.
To report faulty, broken or damages street lights, use Street Lighting.
For enquiries about speed limits, waiting restrictions, road closures, road markings, traffic and pedestrian signing, and cycling issues, use Traffic Management.
To report a fault or any problem with traffic lights, please use Traffic lights.

To apply for a licence to plant on the highway, to place decorative lights/cables/banners on/over the highway, temporary excavation and other Licences or to place a skip on the highway please use the licence application page.
