Highway fault reports: status checker online system
Updated 28 October: After a long period of being offline due to serious problems with our computer systems, the highway status checker system has been fixed and is available for use.
If you have reported a highways fault (pothole, broken streetlight etc) then you can use the status checker to review what we are doing to fix the problem. You will need your fault reference number to use the system.
