Brussels Office Room Hire Information

The office in Brussels has high spec conference facilities available for external bookings.

The conference facilities at 45 Rue du Commerce are state of the art, modern and flexible according to your needs. The 75 square metres available can be configured for up to 26 delegates boardroom style or 60 delegates theatre style, with room for breakout groups.

The room is also divisible into two smaller rooms for 15 and 10 people board room.

Our state of the art AV equipment includes:

• Ceiling mounted data projector

• DVD/VHS player

• Roaming and fixed lecturn microphones

• Ceiling mounted speakers

• Video camera to enable meeting to be broadcast through the web. (pending!)

In addition to the conference suite, there is also a "hot Desk" room with a PC, telephone, video conferencing and a small "meet and greet" desk enabling the conference organiser to work and manager their business with privacy.

Refreshments can be arranged for any event, from the most straightforward "coffee buns" through to working lunch(?) meetings, launches, press conferences and formal dinners.
