How can I find out if Hampshire County Council owns a particular property or piece of land?

Hampshire County Council only hold records and information of its own land ownership. If you think a piece of land may be owned Hampshire County Council, please contact the Property Records Team.

You may need to provide a plan to locate the property if it has no clear address.

Property Records do not maintain a complete record of all highways ownership or responsibility, these enquiries should be directed to Highways Development Control. Or browse the following website: Land charges Hampshire
