Have a Go
Fancy getting back into a sport you used to enjoy, or have a go at a sport you’ve never done before?
Whether you’ve ‘got out of the habit’ of doing sport and want to get back into an active lifestyle, or have never been a ‘sporty’ person but want to enjoy being active with friends and family in a no-pressure, fun environment, there are plenty of county-wide opportunities for you to do just this.
Sportivate courses (usually for 14-25 year olds) and ‘Return to Sport’ courses (usually for adults) are specifically designed so you can try out a range of sports sport in a social, fun environment – at very little cost. No prior experience is required; join in with a friend, or make friends there – it’s up to you!
Current courses listed below. Dates and times subject to change - please contact the course contact for more information and to book. If you are interested in a course which has already started, just give the activity contact a call - there may be places still available!
