Wheelchair Sports Open Day

Time: 10am-1pm
Location: Everest Community Centre, Basingstoke, RG24 9UP
Inspired by the Paralympic legacy, the aim of the day is for Everest to showcase its accessible facilities focussing on wheelchair sports. Our aim in the future is to host a regular wheelchair sports club.
Sports on offer include Wheelchair Basketball, Wheelchair Rugby, New Age Kurling, Dance and Laser Tag. Sports Wheelchairs will be provided along with coaches and instructors. GB Wheelchair Rugby star Ross Morrison and Peter Hull MBE, former Paralympic Swimmer, will be there to encourage participants and free refreshments are provided.
