Hampshire success at the National Schools Table Tennis championship

Matthew Daish, from New Milton, has won his first English Schools Table Tennis Association Butterfly Individual Championships, which took place on Saturday 21st April in Doncaster. Matthew competed in the boys Under-11 category, with a hotly contested battle with James Smith (London South) in the final match. Another Hampshire player, Letitia McMullan, from Portsmouth, also had a great tournament and finished as a runner-up in the girls Under-13 event, losing in the final to Hiba Feredj representing London North.
