Short breaks
Our short breaks programme will enable children and young people with disabilities and/or additional needs to join in with safe, fun and interesting activities and will give parents or carers an opportunity to have a short break from caring.
Our service statement was required to be published by 11 October 2011. Further consultation and development of the statement has taken place in 2012; please see the new statement
