Light a Lantern Festival

Local Leaders Light a Lantern Festival to celebrate the Paralympic Games. Taster sessions of Paralympic Sports in the afternoon at River Park, followed by a Torch Relay up to the Big Screen at the Cathedral. The screen will display the Opening Ceremony and there will be celebrations and entertainment into the evening.
