Make a booking

We start taking bookings during January for the following academic year. This means we should usually be able to match your requirements. Booking forms will be available online from early January.

At the end of January we will let you know the week you have been allocated.

Bookings made from February onwards will have to slot into available dates.

Confirming your booking

You will have 28 days to respond, and once you have confirmed your visit you will be financially committed to the number of places booked.

On receipt of booking confirmation, we require a non-returnable deposit of £100.

10 weeks prior to the visit we require a 25% interim payment of the full cost.

Previsits

We recommend a previsit, particularly for staff who have not visitied the Study Centre before.

Final Payment

After your visit we we will invoice you for the total number of places booked or the number of resident children, whichever is the greater.
