Street Lighting Defect Form

Use this form to report defective street lights, bollards and illuminated signs.
You can also use the form to check the status of a fault already reported and get an estimated fix date.
You will need to know the number of the item, the name of the road in which the light is located, and be able to pick the relevant city, district or borough from the list. If you think the faulty light itself poses a significant hazard to the public, please report this as an emergency.
