Student Support Unit

is one of many services provided by Hampshire County Council. We are part of the County Treasurer's Department and provide a service to the public on behalf of the Children's Services Department.

The unit manager is Judith Archer. She has 24 permanent staff, with additional temporary staff being employed during the busy periods. We administer support for approximately 23,000 students. Our students are undertaking Higher Education courses in universities and colleges throughout the UK and come from all parts of Hampshire.
