Every effort is made to ensure that our service is available to the whole community.
When you telephone us or the Student Finance Direct Customer Support Office for information about your application, you must provide your ART ID and your secret answer. Without these details you will not be given information or advice about your application.
When sending letters to us or the Student Finance Direct Customer Support Office, make sure that your name is clearly written in full and include your ART ID (where known). This will allow your correspondence to be dealt with more efficiently.

Information about a student’s application can only be given to the student, unless we have verbal or written permission from the student to discuss with a nominated third party (consent to share), eg parent(s), spouse or partner.

Visiting our office

You can call into the unit without an appointment, during office hours to:
- see an adviser
- deliver your application, or
- have original documents checked while you wait.
If you would prefer to make an appointment just phone to arrange a convenient time.
Student Support is based in room 22, Elizabeth II Court, The Castle, Winchester and is easily accessible by road or rail (we are within walking distance of the railway station).
Personal callers should go to the junction of Tower Street and High Street, where you will find our entrance which is opposite Mottisfont Court - Information Centre.
Anyone experiencing difficulty accessing our office (with steps) please call into the Information Centre in Mottisfont Court and they will help with arrangements

8:30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday
8.30am to 4:30pm Friday
