Supporting People

Welcome to the Hampshire's Supporting People homepage

Supporting People is a Government funded programme that aims to make sure people get the housing related support they need to live more independently. The programme offers vulnerable people the opportunity to improve their quality of life by providing a stable environment which enables greater independence, and reduces the need for people to unnecessarily move into a residential setting.

This website aims to provide information for

  • Service users - those people looking for a support service, for a friend or relative, or if you work with someone who needs housing related support. This section will give advice on who can get help, what type of support can be provided, how to get help and what to expect.

  • Providers and Partners - dedicated information on policies, strategies, meetings and minutes to ensure that all our partners are kept well informed.
